Every stage of growth asks something different of you as the leader
The leaders I work with have one thing in common: they take their own development as seriously as they take their business. They understand that how they lead shapes everything: the culture, the team, the decisions, and ultimately the results.
I'm Chetna Pardivalla, an ICF PCC accredited Executive Coach, and for over 20 years i've partnered with founders, CEOs and senior leaders navigating exactly this kind of growth and change.
Most of the leaders I work with are doing well and that’s exactly why the way they lead rarely gets a second thought. It seems to work, so there’s no obvious reason to pause or review or evolve it.
The thing is, how you lead often needs to adapt as the business grows, and so does what you and your team expect from each other. And it’s not always clear what needs to change when you are inside it.
The leaders who take this seriously aren't necessarily doing it because something is broken. They invest in themselves and their team because they know the strength of the business depends on the strength of its leadership.
And even the strongest leaders need an objective place to think that sits outside the business.
A 20 minute conversation to talk about where you are and what you're looking for, and to see if it's the right fit.
So, what kind of leader do you want to become?
The people I partner with tend to be experts in what they do.
What brings them to me is something else, a sense that things could be better. A feeling that somewhere between the demands of building the business and building the team, something important isn't getting the attention it deserves. It might be about the leadership, it might be about the team or it might be something more personal. More often than not, it's a combination of them all.
Whether you're leading an early start-up looking to scale, or an established business looking for further growth, at a certain point, an external perspective on your leadership makes a difference. Because, what got you here, isn't the same as what will get you to the next stage.
And sometimes it's less about the business itself and more about having the space to think things through properly with someone totally objective who understands the context. What's the one thing that, if you could change, would really shift something for you or your business?
Whatever brings you here, the starting point is always the same, a conversation about where you are, what you want, how you like to work and what will help to get you there.

Growth Partnership
Every stage of growth asks something different of you, and something different of the team around you. It’s often why leading can start to feel harder, even as the business is doing well.
This partnership is a whole system approach offering regular, ongoing support for you as CEO, and for your leadership team, as you navigate the real decisions that come with growth. It starts with you, and then expands to the wider team as it makes sense. Working across the leadership team surfaces the patterns that matter, the kind that are easy to miss from any one conversation, but become clear once you can see the whole picture.
It’s a true partnership, and the value compounds over time: sharper decisions, a leadership team that’s genuinely aligned, and a CEO who’s able to sustain the pace without burning out.
This approach tends to make the most sense once a business has grown enough to start building a leadership team around you, whether that’s a couple of key hires or a fuller team.
If that's not quite where you are yet, or you're looking for something different, one-to-one Leadership Coaching or Team Coaching might be a better place to start.

Leadership Coaching
You don’t have to have it all figured out, and you don’t have to do it alone. Leadership Coaching works whether you’re leading solo, navigating growth and dynamics alongside a co-founder or colleague relationship, or simply looking to lead with more clarity and confidence.
It’s ongoing support and a space to think and strategise, with someone genuinely in your corner, especially when the way you’ve always led starts to feel harder than it used to. It means clearer thinking, sharper decisions, and a leadership style that develops as your business grows.
Team Coaching
As the business grows and changes, so does what is required of the team, and a team that works one way at one stage may need to evolve and work differently at the next. Ongoing, flexible support for teams navigating change and solving real problems in real time, ideally without you always having to get involved.
The result is a team that works well together, takes real ownership, and gives you room to focus on what matters most.
A 20 minute conversation to talk about where you are and what option would work best for you.
"I have found the space and time to think about myself and the business to be invaluable and it has been crucial to have your reflections to help set and reset my thinking. I have definitely developed insight into the sort of leader I am (good and bad) and have gained real focus on what I want to achieve for myself and the business."
Rebecca Delaney, Managing Director - Hepburn Delaney Solicitors
"Her capacity to go straight to the heart of an issue is amazingly insightful. But what I like most about Chetna is her capacity to give you her opinion and advice in a clear and actionable manner."
Catalina Cernica, Co Founder - Health & Happiness Lab
"I really enjoyed partnering with Chetna. She helped me greatly in determining what I needed from my organisation and supported me in implementing a number of changes that made the team stronger and better able to support the demands of our growing business."
Ronan Tighe, Managing Director - Buyagift & Red Letter Days

Why choose me as your coach?
The work we do together brings real change. When something shifts for a client, I see it in their energy, their confidence and the clarity of their decisions. It then ripples out into the team, the culture, the results.
Here's a bit about me and my approach to partnering with you and your business.
I am an Executive Coach & Organisational Consultant with over 20 years experience working with founders, senior leaders, and teams. We partner during the moments that matter most whether that's preparing for growth, navigating complex change, or working through some of the most sensitive challenges leadership can bring.
What I bring is depth, discretion, and a perspective that goes beyond the individual. A leader shapes everything around them, the culture, the team, the decisions, and ultimately the business results. I work at the intersection of all of it.
I help leaders to see what is hard to see when you are inside it; the patterns, the blindspots, the behaviours that are quietly getting in the way as well as unrecognised talents that are taken for granted. I then help them to make meaningful changes that take them closer to what they want.
My background is in commercial business. I understand the real pressures my clients are navigating, not just the human ones, but the organisational ones too. That means I can see through complexity, connect the dots, and help people cut through the noise to reach what actually matters.
My work is grounded in psychology, neuroscience, and systems thinking.
I bring those human and scientific insights to every conversation alongside honesty, genuine care, and complete discretion.
I work with a limited number of clients at any one time. The work is always customised, always confidential, and always focused on making a real difference, not just in how they lead, but in what they build.
